Morgan Over Maryland...

MEAC favorites Morgan State University beat the University Of Maryland last night in College Park, Maryland. The Bears were led by Reggie Holmes who scored a game-high 25 points to lead Morgan State to a 66-65 upset victory. Rogers Barnes finished with 11 points and five steals, while Marquise Kately and Kevin Thompson finished with 10 points each. Thompson also collected his fifth double-rebounding performance as he finished with a game-high 13 boards.
